Fashion Night Out 2010

Yesterday was one of Fashion Night most talked about event, Fashion Night Out. My two girlfriends and I head out to the city that never sleeps.

We had planned to go to Barney's and the Michael Kors store, but we kind of got lost along the way and decided to head to soho instead to make it to the Topshop party. We got there, but sadly we missed the alchol.

While there, I became my own street style photographer, so here are some of the stylish people I ran into( or more like chased down in order to get a picture)

Yesterday was the Metropolitan Museum's Costume Institute benefit was all about stateside roots this year, celebrating as it did the opening of American Woman: Fashioning a National Identity. A great event. Though I must say I was hoping for people to be a little bit more adventurous with what they wore.
