Bright of Shoes

Swedish HasBeensImage and video hosting by TinyPic

For the most part when it comes to my shoes, I tend to lean towards the dark side of the specturm. I just find that pairing black shoes with most outfits to be less of a challage. But that is something that I am slowly getting out of. I've been breaking down my dark shoes wall and making room for more brighter shoes. Hell who knows, I may wind of sporting pink shoes(Yeah, that'll be the day)

I feel bad about not updating this blog. I've kind of hit a bit of a bloggers block, but I am getting back into the swing of things

As you can see, I have a thing for wedges. I don't know what it is about this type of shoe I love so much. Maybe its because the easy walking, the height it gives, the design, or all of the above.

Feast Your....And Some Other Words

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Someone pointed out that the looks from Topshop a/w 2010 collection looked like other brands, and I happen to agree with her.

I think that's part of the charm that is Topshop. If this had been Forever21, people would probably raise a few eyebrows, but it works.

What Topshop does is that it takes inspiration from Brands like Alexander Wang, Proenza Schouler and others that would roughly cost a New York apartment rent would cost and make it more cost friendly.

I mean unless you have a trust fund, got lucky with the lotto, struck it rich by finding oil in your backyard where your dog, Muffins, who likes to bury its bones or somehow was able to trick MTV, Bravo, or E! into thinking that your life is actually worth being filmed and broadcast around the world for people to see, then kudos to you and when the debut episode, if not, then your shit out of luck. Otherwise let's just give thanks to the fashion gods for Topshop for being there when Brand names designers are a mountain top peak out of reach.

Tooti Fruity, Fresh and Fruity

So yes, these shoes by Versace are kind of loud and go completely against most of the shoes that I have collected over the years, most of which are pure black shoes, but there is something delicious about these python cutout platforms boots.

But if the loud colors completely turn you off, how about these babies. The leather cutout platform maybe be to your liking.

I'm going to be chewing out someone from USPS because I never got my shoes. Not these shoes, haven't gotten them yet, but there Leopard printed open toe booties. I may have to just go there in person. But I really don't want to.

Image This....

A complete black outfit. Maybe a pair of leggings, a black Tunic with some kind of draping detailing and a leather jacket, and top of with one of these shoes for a pop of electric color.
